Privacy & consumer information
SOLENFOLD uses order and contact details to process purchases, provide support and handle fulfillment. Stripe handles payment information on its hosted payment page. Our store does not ask you to send card details by email.
Information used by our store
The site stores inventory, order attempts, payment status and administrative activity. Verified contact and delivery details, including a shipping address when supplied, are retrieved from Stripe and retained with the order for protected receipts and invoices. Signed-in shopping bags are saved to your account; guest bags and checkout-attempt identifiers use browser storage. Supabase handles verified email sign-in and account recovery. Our hosting service handles technical operation.
My SOLENFOLD
Signed-in accounts store private wishlists, desired quantities, personal notes and event registrations. Restock alerts appear in your private inbox. Optional email alerts, when email delivery is available, use your verified account address. You can turn off an alert in your wishlist. Saving a card does not reserve stock or lock its price.
Card discovery
Your wishlist and restock watches are private to your account and authorized staff. They help us understand which cards to source and do not reserve stock. Signed-in browsing records card-level search results, views and bag actions for up to 30 days, with repeated activity deduplicated. We do not store your raw search text in this activity log. Anonymous browsing and administrator activity are excluded. Recommendations use your wishlist, cards in your bag and featured listings.
Order and restock email
When email delivery is enabled, completed orders generate a confirmation to the order or verified account email, and opted-in restock alerts use the verified account address. Resend processes these messages. We retain delivery status to prevent duplicate notifications and investigate failures. Order emails are separate from optional restock alerts; neither signs you up for marketing.
Order support
Order issues, contact email, details, staff responses and resolution status are stored privately. Only the order owner and authorized store staff can access these requests. Support stays on this website; no issue-notification emails are sent. You can read staff responses under your orders without leaving the site.
Card-sale requests and inbox
We store the card descriptions, asking prices, seller location, photos and messages you submit to review potential purchases. Photos and conversations are accessible only to you and authorized SOLENFOLD staff. Announcements appear in registered Fold member inboxes; replies to announcements create private conversations with staff. Submitting or accepting a request does not transfer payment or add cards to inventory.
Community links
Community posts link to external social platforms. Their thumbnail images may load from those platforms; following a link opens the platform under its own privacy terms.
Card discovery
Recommendations use card rules, your current search and filters, and aggregated purchase patterns. For signed-in members, we retain supported search themes associated with card views or adds for up to 30 days and compare them with later completed purchases. We do not store raw search text for this feature or share customer identities in recommendations. A purchase pattern must include at least three distinct buyers before it affects ranking. We also retain recommendation views, adds and optional feedback for up to 30 days to reduce repetition and measure assisted purchases. “Not relevant” hides that card from automatic suggestions for this period; Undo reverses it. Guest feedback lasts for the current page session. Manual Display Case choices are unaffected. Search associations do not establish why someone bought a card.

Independent storefront
SOLENFOLD is an independent seller. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. Card catalog data and stock imagery are provided through Scryfall. Purchases here are supported by SOLENFOLD rather than another marketplace.
